As we near the end of our 4th year, we are greatly humbled by the success that we have had, the community that we have built, the friendships we have established and the impact felt in our community from this organization. Every single one of you has been a part of making this organization as successful as it has been and we are truly thankful for each and everyone of you. There are big plans moving forward and we are excited to see where we go from here!
Moving into Year 5, it is time for the election or reelection of our board of directors for the next two years. Some of the current board members wish to continue on and some are stepping down leaving some opportunities for others to get involved. If you are someone that would like to join the board of directors, please let us know. We will be doing a meet and greet video for all potential board members later this month and then we will be hosting our elections as part of our December 7th event at LMCU Ballpark. As all but two of our director positions are up for reelection everyone will be included in the process. Once the 7 people are chosen, from there we will gather as a group and pick out the roles for the next two years. While we look forward to bringing aboard some new directors and fresh ideas we are, at the same time, grateful for the current board of directors and all of the hard work that they have done.
