March CSA Virtual Event
Security During a Crisis
- DATE: March 26th
- TIME: 12:00pm-2:00pm
- PRESENTERS: Matt Nelson, Brock Stenberg, Aaron Bregg
The Cloud Security Alliance is thrilled to bring a very timely and important VIRTUAL event in lieu of the in-person events we had to postpone. We will be covering a range of topics but specifically our friends at Okta will first be discussing securing your new and much larger remote workforce. Then, our President Matt Nelson will be leading an open but structured discussion about continuing to make security a priority during a crisis for your organization. We will bring up topics like new and targeted attacks that are happening, business continuity plans, data protection during a crisis and much more!
When do the wolves attack? When the shepherds are distracted! This might be the most vulnerable any of our organizations have ever been so please be a part of this discussion. There’s never been a more important time for this amazing community to come together, share ideas, concerns and just support each other. We are in this together.
To entice you a little bit more (because we know virtual isn’t nearly as cool as meeting in person), Okta and Optiv have offered to send a GrubHub gift card of $20.00 per person to everyone attending. This should cover the costs of bringing in food (if you are still in the office) or even have it delivered to your house.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE utilize the generous $20.00 per person to tip your delivery person as much as possible. Our local restaurants and their workers are hurting more than ever and this is a chance for us to give back to people that serve us every day.
